Anaida’s journey inward didn’t begin with crisis — it began with curiosity, and a quiet sense of something more.
In 2017, she released a meditation album that gently made its way to the top of iTunes charts in several countries — a quiet testament to the power of sound, presence, and intention. It was her first public step into the healing arts — a path that would deepen in the years to come.
Then, in late 2019, Anaida’s world came to a halt.
Struck by a sudden illness that brought her face to face with mortality, she was told by professionals to prepare for the worst. But she chose a different way — a return inward. She declined treatment, choosing instead to trust her own energy and intuitive knowing.
From that stillness, something new was born.
She began to draw in silence — not to create, but to heal.
And so Tattva — An Aspect of Reality emerged. A meditative art journey released during the isolation of lockdown, Tattva invited others into reflection and inner calm. For Anaida, it marked a rebirth — not just of health, but of purpose.
Since then, her work has taken a deeper turn — into energy healing, emotional empowerment, and soulful expression.
Fear Control
She offered free guided meditations during the pandemic, including “Fear Control” and a “Root Chakra Meditation”, sharing them through her Facebook page. She led live sessions for her fans and community.
Sleep Meditation Album
Her next offering is her Sleep Meditation Album — produced in three languages: English, Hindi, and Marathi, slated for release soon.
The Power of You
She now conducts selective immersive workshops called “The Power of You”, using either food, art, or music to help individuals reconnect with their inner power. These sessions aren’t about performance — they are about remembrance. The kind that stirs gently, helping people find their own light
